Recently i have installed vmware workstation in a Windows Vista system.
In vmware i have installed Solaris and Linux.
How can i configure Putty connection between the Vista to the VM Solaris and Linux in the local system (Same desktop).

try going to control panel classic view
go to performance info tools and adjust visual to best performance
then go to user account controls(can only be seen in classic view) and uncheck UAC box

I have a new AM3 motherboard without a serial and parallel port, I run Vista Ultimate 64-bit, are there any products (or methods) I can use to add a serial & parallel port to my machine? I would like to use these ports w/ MS virtual PC for communication to my “vintage” machines.
