Guest/host Networking In Vmware?

I use VMware workstation 6.02 ACE installed in windows vista.
Currrenlty there are 3 Guest OS installed (UBUNTU, openSUSE, and Solaris)
the problem is, how can i configure VMWare so each of the guest OS can communicate with the hOST(file sharing,printer, etc..) and also with the other Guest OS.
and one more thing, there is no active internet [...]
