Im looking a way to run games in virtual machines (my host os is windows vista, and i would like to run games in a virtual machine with win xp) the problem is that the virtual machines i have tried wont recognize my graphic card and therefore the game will give me errors of cannot [...]
I stumble upon all these posts where people tell them to use the compatibility feature 5 times then he choses the best answer as the guy who gave up because XP doesn’t use DOS. That’s not an answer!
You can use VirtualPC or VMWare Workstation to run Win95 AND Win98 games and apps,

Nevermind bootcamp, i have vmware fusion.(but i still need to buy windows vista) i want to know, that if i were to put a pc game in, whether or not it would play. I also want to know if i would be playing with mac gamers or pc gamers. thank you veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy muccccccccccccccch

i downloaded a bunch of .jar games on my computer and they won’t play! a Java Virtual Machine Launcher pops up and says”Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from” then the file name. WHATS WRONG?
when i try to open yahoo games I get this message:
“Java (TM) Plug-in Fatal error
Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same process caused an error”
and it won’t load. any ideas what’s wrong and how to fix it?

then when i click ok this other message apears “several java virtual machines running in the same process caused an error” Everything was working fine till i refused an update on java, I refused it because alot of ppl were saying they were getting errors after they got the update. Will i be able to play games through VMware installed on Linux. I configured so it has 512 ram and it has WinXP pro. So is there a chance that it will work?

i have java installed but when i click on a game a java virtual machine error box pops up saying “failed to load main-class manifest attribute”
