i have windows xp pro
and i have ubuntu linux installed into windows and running using VMware player …
now can anybody tell me exactly what to do to pass text from windows to linux

I downloaded Vmware Workstation, and when I click New Virtual Machine, it asks to browse for the installer disk image file (.iso). Is there an easy way to do this without a CD or whatever??? I’m new at this.

Ok… it’s probably getting annoying for me to ask a lot of questions, but it’s for something really important.
I have installed windows 7 as an iso file and someone told me that you also need an inf file to completely set up the windows in VMware fusion.
