Virtual Machine Creation On Mac-help!!!?

I have VMware Fusion 2.0, iMac Mac OS 10.5.6, a hard drive from a dead PC in an external USB enclosure, and XP restore disks-Dell. I want to create a Virtual Machine from this. How? ANY help is appreciated.

Virtual Machine Creation In Linux?

I loaded Fedora 8 into my DV6600 laptop and created Virtual machine using KVM. I loaded windows XP. It is opening but says 1)Boot from floopy. 2)From Hard Disk. 3)From CDrom. I tried all options but XP just closes. What can be done to run XP? Help..
