i dont how to upgrade it can anyone help me out plz so i can download VMware fusion b/c i really wanna use windows on my cpu it dont work on Mac OS X 10.3.9

You can’t without purchasing a copy of Tiger.
And if your Mac is running 10.3.9, it is a PowerPC Mac, which means VMWare won’t work on it, anyway.
