How Do I Install Mac Os X 10.4.6 On My Pc?

I have mac os x tiger iso on my hard disk and i want to install it on my dell E1505 laptop. how can i run it on vmware. I have two drive C and D. windows is on c.

    mac os is not available for any other notebooks other than apple macbooks because of the performance problem. so you cannot install it on your lapi…… better buy apple laptop…..
