I Am Stuck In Virtualbox!!!?

I have just installed a fresh WinXp on a virtual machine via VirtualBox inside of Linux. I am now “stuck” inside the windows and cannot get back to my linux. My friends computer doesnt do this to her, all she has to do is alt+tab and shes out of VB and back on linux. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING! Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You!

    The right ctrl button is the default key to get your cursor out of there. Also, pressing ctrl+f will toggle your screen between fullscreen and windowed.
