Also, ‘Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded’ appears although I have downloaded 6 Update 3 successfully. Please help!

This method worked for several users that had the same problem.
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools on the menu bar and select manage add-ons. Disable SSV helper class and Sun Java Console add-ons.
