Microsoft Virtual Server Or Vmware?

I am considering going to a virtual network for my home systems and was hoping for some input on whether MS VServer or one of the flavors of VMWare is the better way to go.
I need to create 3 VMs: a Web Server, Exchange Server and DC. The Web Server would be the busiest with minimal load on the DC and Exchange. I will have a Core2Duo 2.4G with 4GB of memory as my hardware. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’d recommend Sun VirtualBox. It’s very easy to use and configure.http://www.virtualbox.org/
