If I Running Xp As Guest W Virtual Box On Ubunt, How Do I Access Usb Drives Or Shared Folder?

Hi,
any idea on how to make xp recognize usb devices through virtual machine? I installed the guest additions iso. And i’m running virtual box on Ubuntu.
Also, how can you access the shared folder when in xp ?
