I installed Ubuntu and Vista on my xp using Virtual PC and just wanted to know how to uninstall them. Do i just need yo go my document>my virtual machines then delete them like that?

You simply delete the virtual machines. Nothing else to worry about. Those files have nothing to do with your host operating system.
