Windows Xp Vm (virtual Machine Parallels Os X 10.5 Leopard)?

hey.
If i set up a Virtual Machine on Leopard, (WinXP) would i have to install any drivers? or would they pick it up form my mac?
I mean things like graphics card, and Wireless Card?
