So I click okay and then a blank window where the game or whatever was to be, it has a box with a red ‘X’ in it This problem started happening but i don’t know what from. Can you please help?

Go to Add/Remove Programs, and get rid of all of the JAVA VMs on there. Then go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
and download the latest release.
This should fix it
you need to either do a repair or uninstall and reinstall java sounds like a corrupt file there
