My Computer Displays This “several Java Virtual Machines Running In The Same Process Caused An Error”?

When I open a program that I want to run like a game or stuff to do my homework a small window pops up titled ‘Java(TM) Plug-In Fatal Error’ says “Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same process caused an error”. So I click okay and then a blank window where the game or whatever was to be, it has a box with a red ‘X’ in it This problem started happening but i don’t know what from. Can you please help?

    Go to Add/Remove Programs, and get rid of all of the JAVA VMs on there. Then go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
    and download the latest release.
    This should fix it

    you need to either do a repair or uninstall and reinstall java sounds like a corrupt file there
